Membership Campaign Incentives
|
To reward our Order’s recruiters and leaders for their hard work during the 2008-2009 “Follow Me — Help Us Build Up the Church” membership campaign (July 1, 2008, to June 30, 2009), the Supreme Council is offering a wide range of incentives. Be sure to promote these incentives in your council’s newsletter and at every meeting. Keep in mind that to qualify for these incentives, the recruiter must clearly complete Section Six of the Membership Document (#100) with his name and membership number. Below you will find specific information for recruitment rewards for recruiters, VIP Club members, grand knights and district deputies.

Membership Campaign Recruiter/VIP Club Incentives
July 1, 2008 – June 30, 2009
In order to qualify for these incentives – recruiters must clearly complete Section 6 of the Form #100 with their name and membership number.

Membership Campaign Recruiter/ VIP Club Incentives
July 1, 2008 – June 30, 2009
In order to qualify for these incentives – recruiters must clearly complete Section 6 of the Form #100 with their name and membership number.

VIP Pin and Certificate |
Awarded to recruiters that recruit at least two new members into the Order. VIP pins and certificates would be sent to the Financial Secretary of record automatically for VIP achievements.

VIP Pin, Certificate and $25 Gift Card to the Supreme Council Supply Department |
Awarded to recruiters that recruit at least 50 new members into the Order. VIP pins, certificates and gift cards will be sent to the Financial Secretary of record automatically for VIP achievements for presentation at a suitable council event.

VIP Pin, Certificate and $50 Gift Card to the Supreme Council Supply Department |
Awarded to recruiters that recruit at least 75 new members into the Order. VIP pins, certificates and gift cards will be sent to the Financial Secretary of record automatically for VIP achievements for presentation at a suitable council event.

Membership Campaign Grand Knight Incentives

Achieve a net gain of 5% in membership between July 1, 2008 – June 30, 2009. (Councils with 30-100 members must achieve a net gain of 5 members.)

Founders’ Award |
Achieve a net gain of 2.5% in insurance membership between July 1, 2008 – June 30, 2009. (Councils with 30-100 members must achieve a net gain of 3 insurance members)

Columbian Award |
Council must conduct and report four major involvement programs in each category: Church, community, council, family and youth. (Columbian Award application must be submitted to the Supreme Council office prior to June 30, 2009.)

Star Council Award with GK name |
Achievement of the Father McGivney Award, Founders’ Award, and Columbian Award. (Listing of winning council will be included in September 2009 COLUMBIA)

Bonus |
Grand knights that attain Star Council status will be entered into a drawing for 1 of 3 trips for two to New Haven in October of 2009. Star Council status must be attained between July 1, 2008 – June 30, 2009.

| Double Star Council |
Double Star Award with GK name |
Council’s that attain Star Council and also attain 200% of their Net Gain Goal will receive the Double Star Council Plaque. |
| Quarterly Award |
First quarterly drawing is for one of 25 $50 Visa® Gift Cards.
|
For every council that recruits five (5) new members gross between July 1 and September 30, 2008, its grand knight of record will be entered into a drawing for one of 25 $50 Visa® Gift Cards. Each grand knight whose council nets five new members during every quarter of the 2008-09 fraternal year will be entered into a grand prize drawing for one of two $500 Visa© Gift Cards.

Membership Campaign District Deputy Incentives

Attainment of 100% of the district’s membership and insurance quota for the fraternal year. |

District Deputies that attain Star District status for the 2008–2009 fraternal year will be entered into a drawing for 1 of 3 trips for two to New Haven in October of 2009.

Fleece-Lined Jacket |
District Deputies that attain Star District and have all of their active councils attain Star Council will receive a fleeced-lined Knights of Columbus jacket with personalized embroidery on it.

| Quarterly Award |
First quarterly drawing is for one of 25 $50 Visa® Gift Cards.

District Deputies who report at least three First Degree exemplifications between July 1 and September 30, 2008, will be entered into a drawing for one of 25 $50 Visa® Gift Cards. First Degrees must be reported to the Supreme Council office by Sept. 15 on the Degree Exemplification Report Form (#450) in order to qualify Each district deputy who conducts and reports at least 3 First Degrees during every quarter of the 2008-09 fraternal year will be entered into a grand prize drawing for one of two $500 Visa® Gift Cards.
