In a television spot being broadcast during the Christmas holidays in 2006, the Knights of Columbus is encouraging viewers to “help a child in need.”
The 1.7 million members of the Knights of Columbus around the world support a variety of local, national and international charities that provide help to children in need.

Special Olympics Vermont
Special Olympics provides year-round physical training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in the sharing of gifts, skills and friendship.
