Knights from Georgia Institute of Technology Council 14496 partnered with Habitat for Humanity in Atlanta to help build a home for a resident in need.
College Knights Compete for Fr. Zylla Cup
For the past decade, college Knights from Mount St. Mary's University Council 1965 and the University of Maryland Council 13295 have annually competed for the Fr. Zylla Cup. Named for Father Robert Zylla, a longtime Knight and chaplain to Council 1965, the cup is given to the winner of a flag football game between the two schools. Always competitive, the game ended with The Mount victorious 23-21 in the 2017 installment. Following the game, the councils gathered for a cookout and prayer.
Georgetown Knights Host Pro-Life Conference
The day after the March for Life, Knights from Georgetown University hosted the 18th annual Cardinal O'Connor Conference on Life. The largest student-run pro-life conference in the country, the Cardinal O'Connor Conference equips attendees with the knowledge and understanding to promote a culture of life on their campuses and in their communities.
College Leaders Attend 2016 College Councils Conference
Over 200 college councils from nearly 80 campuses traveled to New Haven, Conn., for the 51st College Councils Conference. In addition to breakouts and workshops and hearing from Supreme Knight Carl Anderson, attendees also had the opportunity to visit St. Mary's Church, the Knights of Columbus Museum and the Knights of Columbus Supreme Office.
British Columbia Knights Aid Area Homeless
College Knights from Catholic Pacific College in Langley, British Columbia, raised funds to prepare and distribute winter care packages to homeless individuals in their community. “Getting involved and seeing the rewards of the charitable works that the Knights do is just an amazing thing to be a part of," one college Knight said.
College Knights attend 2016 World Youth Day in Kraków, Poland
Thirty college Knights from the United States, Canada, Mexico, Malaysia and Poland attended the 2016 World Youth Day together in Kraków, Poland. In addition to spending time on pilgrimage and in prayer, these men volunteered at the Knights of Columbus-run Mercy Centre, an English catechesis site in Krakow.
North Dakota College Knights Cycle for Faith
Knights from the University of North Dakota and North Dakota State University participated in the annual spring Bike Race which raised over $120,000 for their respective Newman Centers.
Texas A&M Knights Build Community with "Field Fest"
Texas A&M University Council 10624 hosted a Field Fest to bring community families together in a fun and competitive environment. In addition to providing families an opportunity to enjoy good food and activities together, the money raised by the council allows them to give even more back to the College Station community.
Praying with Relics of the Passion
This past Lent, King's College Council 5966 (Wilkes-Barre, PA) hosted a prayer service with relics of the Holy Passion. This event gathered together the campus and local community for a once in a lifetime opportunity during this Year of Mercy to better mediate and reflect on the tremendous mercy of the Lord.

After the games, the councils gathered for a fraternal cookout.
