Steps for appointing a Financial Secretary
When possible, keep all documents together. Sending individual documents causes delay in matching up correspondence.
- Outgoing Financial Secretary – A resignation from the current financial secretary, or an Evaluation form (form 1938) not recommending the current financial secretary for reappointment. Evaluation forms will need all signatures, including the District Deputy and State Deputy.
- New Financial Secretary – will need to provide the Application (form 101).
- Council Officers – Will need to complete the Nomination Form (form 103).
