If your Knights of Columbus insurance agent is unable to address your questions or concerns, we encourage you to contact us.

How will your questions or concerns be handled?

  • We will attempt to resolve all questions or concerns as quickly as possible after careful investigation, typically 30 days or less.
  • We may request additional information to ensure proper handling of a question or concern and, if necessary, extend the resolution period.
  • A thorough explanation of the investigation will be provided, in writing, to the policy owner.

If we cannot address your questions or concerns in the manner above, you can contact the Ombudservice for Life and Health Insurance /Ombudservice des assurances de personnes (OLHI/OAP). The Ombudservice is a national independent complaint resolution service for Canadian life and health insurance consumers.
