Warmest greetings to the members of the Knights of Columbus Supreme Council on the occasion of your Annual Meeting and 125th anniversary.

The Knights of Columbus has rendered pecuniary aid to the sick, disabled and the n€edy allover the world. It has also provided humanitarian assistance to countless families in depressed communities and promoted social and intellectual interaction among its members and families.

As an international Catholic, family and fraternal organization, you have shown, for the past 125 years, your genuine desire to serve the knightly ideals of spirituality and service to Church, country and fellowmen.

I pray that God will give you more strength and courage so that you can continue transforming our people into goal-oriented, God-centered and responsible citizens.

This meeting is expected to evaluate the current programs of the Order and consider your future initiatives for the common good. With more than 1.7 million brother Knights closely working together, including those in my country, I expect that you will succeed in this endeavor.
