Who has access to Reports Online?

The following Officers and Chairman have access to the Reports Online feature. All Officers and Chairman should continue to use the "Forms" link in the left hand navigation of the "For Officers" section to access forms that they need to submit to the Supreme Council.

When will my access be activated?

With the change in Officers for a new fraternal year, the Supreme Council can not have all Officer Positions changed on the first of July. There are many prescheduled year-end processing tasks that affect our ability to change all Officers at the same time. Once changes are made at the Supreme Council Office, access is activated the following morning. The following list will give all Officers an idea of when their access will be added, changed, or deleted at the start of this fraternal year:

State Officers, State Chairmen and District Deputies

Officer positions are updated in the first week in July.

Grand Knights and Faithful Navigators

The updates will vary based on how the form 185 or 186 was filed:

FAX or postal mail - The updating of Officer Positions can take up to 30 days to process. Grand Knights and Faithful Navigators are asked to contact their Financial Secretary or Faithful Navigator for copies of the Roster, until their access is activated.

Electronic submission through KofC.org Web site - Officer reports submitted prior to July 1 will be updated by the second week in July.

Faithful Comptrollers

If a new Faithful Comptroller is reported on the 186, the same procedures will be followed as Faithful Navigators. Faithful Comptrollers who are continuing in their position are not affected.

Financial Secretaries, Vice Supreme Masters and Masters

Not affected at this time. Access is activated at time of appointment.

I'm a new Officer, and I do not have an account

Your Officer Position must be recorded at the Supreme Council Office before your access can be created.  Please reference "When will my access be activated?" to determine the timeframe your position will be recorded.  The day after your position is recorded, your invitation code is generated and mailed to you in a letter through the postal service.  The letter also includes a brochure that gives you tips for registering.  Please allow time for the postal service to deliver the mail.

I'm a returning Officer, but I have never registered

If you held a position last year that allowed you access to reports Online and did not registered your account, you can use the invitation code and instructions you received in the mail.  If you have misplaced your invitation code, you can call our Customer Service Department (800) 380-9995 and they will provide your invitation code.

I have an account and I'm returning as an Officers

If you held a position last year that allowed you access to reports Online, and you registered your account, you will continue to use the same account even if you have moved into another position that allows access. Please refer to "Who has access to Reports Online?" for additional information.

Do I need another account if I have more that one Officer Position?

You will never need more than one user account for your Knight of Columbus business.  If you hold more than one Officer Position, you will have a link "Change Role" in the upper right corner of your Reports Online screen after logging in.  In the event you move out of office for a time, and then return to an office, your account is reactivated with the same username.
