 Carl A. Anderson 
As supreme knight of the Knights of Columbus, Carl A. Anderson is the chief executive officer and chairman of the board of the world’s largest Catholic family fraternal service organization, which has more than 1.8 million members.
 Bishop William E. Lori, S.T.D. 
As supreme chaplain of the Knights of Columbus, Bishop William E. Lori has the responsibility of overseeing the spiritual welfare of the Order's 1.8 million members and their families.
 Dennis A. Savoie 
As the deputy supreme knight of the Knights of Columbus, Dennis A. Savoie is responsible for all of the Order’s day-to-day business operations.
 Donald R. Kehoe
Donald R. Kehoe of Virginia was elected to the Board of Directors and appointed supreme secretary of the Knights of Columbus in October 2007. As supreme secretary, he oversees a variety of administrative departments at the Knights of Columbus Supreme Council office in New Haven.

As the supreme treasurer of the Knights of Columbus, Emilio B. Moure is responsible for the financial affairs of the Order. 

John Marrella
John Marrella was appointed as supreme advocate. He previously served as deputy assistant U.S. attorney general and prior to that as assistant U.S. attorney. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard.
