Catholic troops in Afghanistan display their copies of Armed With the Faith, a Catholic handbook for military personnel being distributed by the Knights of Columbus in conjunction with the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA. To date, the order has printed more than 400,000 copies of Armed With the Faith.

F. Randolf Howell Assembly in Columbia provided a grilled lunch for about 60 National Guard soldiers stationed at the National Guard Armory in Columbia. Knights cooked hamburgers and hot dogs, and treated soldiers to cake and soda.

Obadiah Council 7642 in Kirkland donated $500 to the Puget Sound USO Lounge at the Seatac International Airport. The funds will help support military personnel passing through the airport.
