The Georgia State Council of the Knights of Columbus marked March 25, the Day of the Unborn Child, by donating a brand new ultrasound machine to the Women’s Enrichment Center in Dalton, Georgia.

State Deputy Dan Baker was joined by seven other Knights and Msgr. Bill Hoffman of St. Joseph Church in Dalton, who led the group in prayer and blessed the machine and all those who would use it and benefit from its use.

The Georgia State Council continues to raise money for more ultrasound machines, and plans to place one in every crisis pregnancy center in the jurisdiction. Three more centers have already been identified.  Donations may be sent to Columbian Charities of Georgia, c/o Mark Corrigan, 6201 Garrard Ave., Savannah, GA  31405.
