College Councils Coordinator (New Haven, Conn.)
The College Councils Coordinator administers the Knights of Columbus college councils program, coordinates college council recruitment and retention efforts, promotes the development and implementation of service programs and membership campaigns with councils and liaises with 350 college councils. 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
1.     Oversees the day-to-day management and development of college councils and implements membership and service oriented programs to grow the membership in these councils.
2.     Promotes, coordinates, and tracks the development of new councils and the reactivation of dormant college councils.
3.     Plans and executes travel to about 40 university campuses per year. These trips allow for onsite leadership and officer training and they assist in new council development efforts, reactivation efforts, and the strengthening of existing councils.
4.     Responsible for promotion and registration for the annual College Councils Conference and related events. Assists with conference agenda and arranges supplies and printed materials needed for conference
5.     Manages and selects the College Councils Advisory Board. Leads monthly conference calls with the Board and facilitates their involvement with the annual College Conference.
6.     Creates workflow processes for the day-to-day management of the college council program.
7.     Coordinates and assists for March for Life, World Youth Day, and other college related conferences and events.
8.     Coordinates the retention and graduating senior transfer programs of college councils
9.     Assists in the production of marketing material, maintains college website, and coordinates college council social media presence (currently Facebook and Instagram)
10.   Coordinates and participates in Knights of Columbus meetings, conferences, and conventions.
11.  Requires regular travel and some weekend assignments. 

Education, Experience and Requirements:

Education:  BA or BS degree with emphasis in Business Administration, Communications or Marketing.

Experience:   1-3 years of public speaking, marketing and presentation experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Requirements: 
·       Knights of Columbus membership required.
·       Prior College Council program participation desirable.
·       Effective oral and written skills.
·       Knowledge of the laws, policies and procedures of the Order.
·       Organizational skills.
·       Customer service orientation.
