Management Development Program (New Haven, Conn.)

The Knights of Columbus Management Development Program is seeking professionals to work as stewards of the organization’s tradition of excellence from its international headquarters in New Haven, Connecticut. The program is designed for individuals who have demonstrated superior academic ability, leadership, and a strong commitment to Catholic principles.

MDP participants will receive broad exposure to various aspects of the organization’s charitable initiatives and business operations through a project-based rotation cycle that includes, but is not limited to, the Fraternal Mission, Communications and Strategic Planning, Membership Growth, Investments, Insurance Agencies and Marketing, and Legal Departments.

Knights of Columbus provides candidates the opportunity to pursue careers that apply their Catholic beliefs to the service of others. The Knights of Columbus is the world’s largest Catholic lay organization that serves its members and their families by supporting them in their faith, offering highly rated insurance products, and supporting charitable activities that serve the neediest among us.

Whether they are working in the business, charitable, fraternal, or operational divisions of the organization, successful employees demonstrate a commitment to advancing the Knights of Columbus mission of building a culture of life and a civilization of love, one family at a time. You will be paired with an experienced mentor from our senior management team who will help guide you through your development as a manager, as well as the transition into corporate life.
