To assist your council in its participation in the Our Lady of Guadalupe Marian Prayer Program, additional copies of the Our Lady of Guadalupe Prayer Program booklet and prayer cards are available.

When ordering materials, please mail or fax a Requisition Form (#1) to the Supply Department.
Orders faxed in should not be mailed in, as it may result in a duplicate order. Please allow four weeks to ensure delivery in time for the event.
