Don Gould has served as general agent for southern and central California since 1988.  He has attained the professional designations of Fraternal Insurance Counselor - Fellow (FICF) and Life Underwriter Training Council - Fellow (LUTCF).

As a team, the Gould Agency has been recognized several times by the Supreme Council for outstanding sales and service performance.  Several members of the agency team have also been recognized by the California state council.  The agency has been honored by the General Agents and Managers Association (GAMA) and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).  All team members belong to and are active in their local association of life insurance professionals.  A high percentage have served as presidents or board members, or have taught continuing education classes, for their local associations.

Don Gould, representing the agency, was invited to cut the ceremonial ribbon at the opening of the Knights of Columbus Museum in New Haven, CT.  This was in recognition of the agency finishing No. 1 in the Order for the prior year.
