As Catholics and citizens, members of the Knights of Columbus should vote and should encourage members of their families, parishes, and communities to vote. Members are not permitted to engage in partisan political activity in the name of the Knights of Columbus. Partisan political activity is defined as action directed toward success or failure of a political party, candidate for political office, or political group. To encourage our members, their families, Brother Knights and other fellow Catholics to exercise their right to vote, the Knights of Columbus has prepared this Vote graphic to remind people of the importance of their civic duty to participate in the upcoming election. Councils and members are encouraged to use the Vote graphic on their personal and council webpages, Facebook pages and other social media platforms, to encourage voter participation this Election Day. A printable pdf flyer featuring the graphic is also available to post in parishes and throughout the community. Please remember to obtain permission from the appropriate persons before posting the flyer.
