In addition, the of Columbus Supreme Convention will be broadcast by four popular Catholic media outlets. Live coverage will be provided by the Eternal Word Television Network (EWTN), Canada’s Salt and Light Television, and Boston-based CatholicTV. SiriusXM Radio’s The Catholic Channel will also broadcast from the event, taking place at the Baltimore Convention Center.

The three television networks will broadcast the proceedings throughout opening day, Tuesday, Aug. 7, and all the Wednesday and Thursday morning Masses. Events begin at 9:30 a.m. EDT with the Opening Mass, celebrated by Archbishop William Lori of Baltimore. The convention’s Opening Business Session, featuring Supreme Knight Carl Anderson’s annual report, begins at 1 p.m. and the States Dinner starts at 7 p.m.

The Mass on Wednesday, Aug. 8, to be celebrated by Cardinal Gérald Lacroix, Archbishop of Quebec and Primate of Canada, with homily by Cardinal Timothy Dolan, Archbishop of New York, begins at 8 a.m. EDT, as does the Memorial Mass on Thursday, Aug. 9, to be celebrated by Supreme Chaplain, Archbishop William Lori of Baltimore.

Streaming coverage will be available on each network’s website.

Two regular satellite radio programs from The Catholic Channel will originate from the convention city: Conversation with Cardinal Dolan (Tuesday at 2 p.m. EDT) and Busted Halo (Monday and Tuesday at 6 p.m. EDT).
