What Is a Eucharistic Holy Hour?

A Eucharistic Holy Hour is an opportunity to encounter Jesus Christ truly present in the Eucharist. This video is meant to provide an explanation of what happens during a Eucharistic Holy Hour. It is primarily intended to help people come to a better understanding of what occurs during the various parts of a Holy Hour: Eucharistic exposition, adoration, benediction, and reposition.
