There are numerous Cor session guides available for use, some that last a single session while others will take several sessions to complete. Some have video components as well. Session guides can be downloaded or ordered.

The Blessed Michael McGivney Cor Session Guide provides councils with 10 sessions of faith formation content for use during Cor. Each session includes suggested prayers, readings about the life of Blessed Michael McGivney, and group discussion questions.

This Cor Session Guide leads the men of Cor will help participants to become “spirit-filled evangelizers” in their homes, parishes, and the world around us.

Freedom and Faithfulness: A Catholic Guide to Religious Liberty is designed to help Knights explore the meaning and value of religious freedom, recognize how this constitutional freedom is protected in America, and identify ways to exercise it – as Catholics, Knights, and citizens. This Guide includes 9 sessions for Cor which include an opening prayer, a reading, a faith reflection, questions for discussion, and closing prayer. This Cor Session Guide was developed in collaboration with the Religious Freedom Institute (RFI). Headquartered in Washington, D.C., RFI defends religious freedom in law and culture, in America and around the world.
Leadership Virtue Series Study Guide
These eight sessions of Cor are about Leadership and Virtue and seek to help men grow in their understanding of leadership particularly in two ways: first, how did Christ lead and speak of leadership? Second, what are some of the key virtues to understand we are called to live and model as leaders in our families and as Knights of Columbus.
