In these roles, she serves as an advisor to the Supreme Knight and manages strategic initiatives within his Executive Office; supports the establishment and execution of organizational priorities; fosters operational efficiency and collaboration among members of the Senior Leadership Team; and oversees the Supreme Council’s Human Resources, Leader Development, Enterprise Business Improvement Services and Strategic Portfolio Management departments.</p> <p>An attorney and former certified public accountant, Beth worked for 15 years as a federal tax prosecutor for the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., before moving into an executive position with the Internal Revenue Service.
