Beth Elfrey is the Chief of Staff and Chief Administrative Officer for the Knights of Columbus. In these roles, she serves as an advisor to the Supreme Knight and manages strategic initiatives within his Executive Office; supports the establishment and execution of organizational priorities; fosters operational efficiency and collaboration among members of the Senior Leadership Team; and oversees the Supreme Council’s Human Resources, Leader Development, Enterprise Business Improvement Services and Strategic Portfolio Management departments.
An attorney and former certified public accountant, Beth worked for 15 years as a federal tax prosecutor for the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., before moving into an executive position with the Internal Revenue Service. Beth came to the Order in 2010 as Deputy General Counsel and later served as Chief Human Resource Officer until she began serving in her current roles.
Beth holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida International University and a juris doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center.
