Tom Brockett is the Chief Accountant for the Knights of Columbus, overseeing all accounting department activities, including Accounting Operations and Support; Accounts Payable; Investment Accounting and Financial Reporting. He is responsible for monitoring, assessing and applying accounting changes under U.S. General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Statutory Accounting Principles and Canadian International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Prior to joining the Knights in 2003, Tom worked for 17 years as a certified public accountant for Seward and Monde.
Tom is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of CPAs. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from DeSales University.
