Free Supplies

College Council Supply Orders

The materials below are designed specifically for use by college councils. College councils are eligible to receive these items and other basic fraternal printed supplies free of charge.

College grand knights and financial secretaries can order supplies by logging into their Officers Online account and clicking on the "Supplies Online" tile located under "Supporting Applications."

Once you access the supply portal, you can browse through the available supply options, or search for what you need using the search bar.

Once you’re ready to check out, please make sure to select COLL: College Council Orders from the drop-down menu under payment method. This will ensure that you or your council will not be billed for your order or for shipping. If you do not select this option, your supplies will not be free.

Please note that all orders are subject to approval by the College Councils Department, and not all items are necessarily available for free (e.g. more expensive items like banners, etc.). Should you order an item that is not normally available for free, we will reach out to you and discuss the options.
