State Evangelization and Faith Formation Director

The State Evangelization and Faith Formation (EFF) Director, appointed by his State Deputy, is meant to be a year-over-year position dedicated to implementing, advancing, and integrating the evangelization and faith formation initiatives of the Supreme and State Councils respectively.

Reports directly to the State Deputy.

Promotes and communicates the directives, opportunities, and goals of the Supreme Council and the State Deputy concerning evangelization and faith formation.

Knights gathered for a meeting — State EFF Directors receive FREE access to FORMED, offering world-class formation content for use in *Cor*.

Supports the State Deputy through collaborates with other State Directors to integrate Cor and additional EFF initiatives into state council initiatives and strategic planning.

Prepares and sends needed communication to advance and support EFF initiatives.

Consults with and informs the State Chaplain on EFF initiatives (State Deputy involved).

Manages and coordinates the State Evangelization and Faith Formation Team.

Collaborates directly with local Agency representatives, particularly those on the EFF Team.

Provides direction, coaching and support to District Deputies (DDs) as they advance these initiatives for their local councils.

Provides direction, coaching and support to Grand Knights and Council Evangelization and Faith Formation Directors.
