Modification of the Christopher Fund in the United States

WHEREAS, the Christopher Fund was established by Resolution No. 134, which was adopted by the delegates to the 110th Supreme Council Meeting in 1992, on the occasion of the quincentennial of the first voyage of Christopher Columbus to the Americas; and

Mourning the Death of His Holiness Pope Francis

WHEREAS, during the twelve years of his pontificate, as the first pontiff from the Americas, Pope Francis exercised his Petrine ministry with an admirable emphasis on serving those at the peripheries through his travels, writings, addresses and homilies, while stressing the foundational Christian virtues of charity and fraternity; and

Repealing Section 108 and Amending Sections 109 and 114

WHEREAS, at its annual convention in 2022, the Supreme Council adopted Resolution No. 318, which amended Sections 109, 164, and 217 of the Laws of the Order regarding various issues related to the disposition of an application for membership in the Order; and
