In this role, he partners closely with executive leadership to advance organizational strategy, modernize enterprise capabilities, strengthen governance and operational performance, and drive scalable, data-driven transformation initiatives that support the organization’s long-term mission and growth objectives. </p> <p class="p1">Robert is a senior executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning investment management, enterprise strategy, corporate development, underwriting, analytics and operational transformation across the insurance, financial services, aerospace and energy industries. Most recently, he was Chief Investment Officer for West Bend Insurance and Chief Investment Officer and Chief Strategy officer for UFG Insurance.</p> <p class="p1">A member of the Knights of Columbus Council #909 in Cedar Rapids, IA, Robert holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Drake University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of Notre Dame.
